Solving a problem is a multi step process. We took a in depth look at all the current systems that handle contact management and found they are all flawed. We decided we can do a better job of building a solution that addresses all the short comings that everyone has come to accept with contact management systems.
DEFINE PROBLEM : All contact information is tied to a person and as that person goes through life their information naturally changes with them. How do we keep contacts up to date?
ANALYZE PROBLEM : All the programs that are on the market today perform the same way, requiring the user to manage everyone else’s information to make sure it’s current.
IDENTIFY SOLUTION : Setup a system that all the users are only required to keep their personal data current.
CHOOSE SOLUTION : Work with developers and designers to create a new system that each user only has to manage their information.
PLAN OF ACTION : Build a new system and new way of thinking by empowering the users to take control of their personal information.
IMPLEMENT : Roll out a completely new system to handle contact management and call it ShoalID
