1. Purpose
shoalID is committed to providing a safe digital environment for all users, especially children and teenagers. These Child Safety Standards establish the policies, procedures, technical safeguards, moderation practices, and reporting mechanisms required to comply with:

- Google Play Families Policy Requirements
- Applicable child protection laws and regulations
- COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
- GDPR-K and applicable international youth privacy laws
- Industry best practices for online safety and abuse prevention
- These standards are designed to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, harmful interactions, inappropriate content exposure, and misuse of the shoalID platform.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy
